Raffle Information for Students
Dear SJ23 Community,
Today is the Kick-Off for our Annual Raffle at school. Each student was provided with and is expected to sell $200 in raffle tickets. New this year are very special incentives for students to sell their allotment of tickets. For meeting their goals, students can earn up to three raffle holidays. The first available Raffle Holiday is on February 12, 2024, Super Bowl Monday.
All proceeds from the Annual Raffle directly support our Student Programs. The winner of this year’s Grand Prize will receive a $10,000 VISA Gift Card. Second Prize is a $2,500 VISA Gift Card; Third Prize is a $1,000 VISA Gift Card.
We are happy to announce that our students again will have the opportunity to sell their tickets at ten school-sponsored Parish Sales. Parish Sales take place on various weekends, between now and our Final Collection Date of Tuesday, March 5, 2024. There are plenty of selling time slots open each weekend, so we encourage your student to participate! Look for sign-up information in this information packet, as well as the school newsletter and the Lion Parent News Facebook page.
In addition to the printed tickets, we are again offering online sales. Students can easily share our Raffle page through various social media platforms. Many students take advantage of this easy opportunity to invite out-of-town relatives and friends to participate.
