Teacher Spotlight: Ms. Barry – 20 Years of Passion and Creativity!
At St. John XXIII, we proudly celebrate the incredible Ms. Betsy Barry, our dedicated theater teacher of 20 years! With her passions for Bruce Springsteen, Great Britain, and William Shakespeare, Ms. Barry inspires her students to embrace creativity and the magic of storytelling.
One quote that inspires Betsy is from Oscar Wilde: “I regard the theatre as the greatest of all art forms, the most immediate way in which a human being can share with another the sense of what it is to be a human being.” Ms. Barry brings this philosophy to life in her work daily, creating opportunities for students to connect and share through the transformative power of theatre.
We’re thrilled to invite you to a whimsical performance under Ms. Barry's direction: The Seussification of Romeo and Juliet Dates: April 4 & 5 Time: 7:30 PM Location: SJ23 Student Center Tickets: $10 (Available in advance through the online store) Join us for a night of laughter, heart, and timeless creativity.
