Brother Peter Xavier's Final Vows
On August 31, Br. Peter Xavier will take his final vows with the Servants of Christ Jesus
On August 31, Br. Peter Xavier will take his final vows with the Servants of Christ Jesus, a religious order founded in 2006 that lives out an Ignatian spirituality.
Br. Peter, who was born Jonathan Demois, is the son of our recently retired Director of Campus Ministry, Sheri Demois. He was also a member of the Class of 2014 here at St. John.
Last year, our annual Ignatian retreat at St. John was led by Br. Peter and Br. Andrew Brébeuf who will also be taking his final vows.
As a permanent member of the Servants of Christ Jesus, Br. Peter will continue his studies and formation for the priesthood.
