ALL physicals must be dated on or after May 1, 2023 and that a vision screen is part of the physical requirement and MUST be completed by the provider. If it is not completed your Physical requirement will not be approved until completed. To access your Student's Magnus Health account for the www.sj23lions.org. Login to your parent blackbaud account, go to the resources board and click on the magnus health link. It will directly log you into your student's portal from there.
